Steve went above and beyond and took the time to go to my mom's home to tell her what she needed to do to get her home ready to sell. They were very patient with us since we were first time sellers and we were building our first home which meant we had plenty of questions. They are very familiar with the home building process and gave us that reassurance we needed since we did not know what to expect or if we could trust the builder. Because they advised us well on how we could best present our house, we had several offers in the first three days of it being listed, and we closed on the sale less than 40 days after it went on the market. We felt very well taken care of through the whole process. They made it much less stressful than it might have been.
