  2. Black Kitchens
Black kitchens are starting to be incorporated in newer homes with open-concept floor plans. Adding black to cabinets helps create a distinction between the kitchen and living area.

  3. Biomimicry
This approach to interior design draws inspiration from nature. It’s time to grow your houseplant collection! 2021 will pull the elements indoors with natural colors, textures and materials.

  5. Cottagecore
This style is all about comfort and nostalgia. If your grandmother would like it, then it most likely falls into this category.

Interior design is all about self-expression! Keep these trends in mind, but always focus on what brings you joy.

  1. My favorite example from your article was definitely the one that explained how to use black in kitchens. My kitchen has become the place I spend the most time in as of late as I’ve been getting into home cooking as a new hobby. Because of this, I’ve been meaning to give my kitchen a makeover, so I’ll use these tips when I hire an interior design service that can help me out with this project.
